We are able to refund if your product was damaged or is the wrong product such as wrong size, color, or design or if the product was damaged during shipping, email us right away, NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT, with a description of the problem and include a picture(s) of the product, including ex: if wrong design make sure the design is visible, if wrong size-take a picture of the tag. If possible, take picture of the package showing the addresses. Email those images and descriptions to info@pussysense.com. Return to the return address on your package. We are unable to return for buyers remorse or if you ordered the wrong size, as we use a print on demand company for our T-shirts.
